Introduction Germanium nanostructures on silicon surfaces offer a great simplicity in the bandgap engineering and compatibility with Si-based integrated circuits, and they have been widely used in various systems, including electronic and optoelectronic devices as well as solar cells [1-3].
It is well known that in the heteroepitaxy of materials with a large lattice mismatch to the substrate, such as SiGe alloys on Si, the nucleation of three-dimensional (3D) islands on a smooth surface of the wetting layer is termed by the Stranski-Krastanow growth mode.

Current setup state of Inorganic Chemistry in new teaching plan
In the new personnel training sheme, my office’s task is teaching inorganic chemistry and organic chemistry, totally five undergraduate specialty subjects like fire protection engineering and two college speciality subjects like fire proofing management.
It still need to integrate with other disciplines, knowledge and materials to conduct more meticulous and scientific setup and guidance, need inspiration and urgement, assistance and summary, consistent adjustment to achieve the anticipative teaching effect and to meet the personnel training requirements gradually.
The key of the whole process is that each step links closely and is correlated, advanced step by step.

The configuration and classification of large-span annular tensile cable-truss structures are discussed in detail from seven type above, and similarly, it can also be classified by materials of tension cable, or by the connection way between cables and cable, between cable and pole and between pole and pole.

Case presentation.
Both strands were sequenced at Huada biological engineering Corporation (Beijing, China) on an ABI 377 sequencer using an ABI PRISM BigDyeTM Terminator Cycle Sequencing Ready Reaction Kit with AmpliTaq DNA Polymerase FS (Applied Biosystems).
On the basis of the key phenotypic criteria, tolerance to 1% glycine, Jiaohe strain was closest to C. fetus subsp. fetus 16S rDNA amplification and sequence analysis.
