Third is to recycle land-source emissions, take brine from desalination for example, if salt, gypsum, magnesium hydroxide, sodium chloride, and other chemical raw materials are made by solar energy pond, electrodialysis or natural evaporation method, zero pollution emissions and certain economic benefits can be obtained[5].
Bank protection projects in the coastal slope and water fluctuating areas using vegetation, stone, timber and other natural materials will enhance coastal erosion-resistant ability [8].

Process for Non-agglomerated Nanometer-sized Barium Titanate Powders by Sol-gel Auto-igniting Synthesis Qing-Zhi Yan, Xin-Tai Su, Wen-Feng Zhang and Chang-Chun Ge ∗ Laboratory of Special Ceramics and Powder Metallurgy, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing 100083, China Keywords: Non-agglomerate, Nanometer-sized BaTiO3, Sol-gel auto-igniting synthesis Abstract.
Experimental The starting materials were TiCl4, Ba(NO3)2 and citric acid(CA) (reagent grade).
By soaking, the absorbed and coordi- nated water in gel was desorbed, meanwhile, the organic materials CA and nitrates in gel partially decomposed resulting in gases such as CO2, NO2 and NH3.
