In the case of mechanical machining processing or cutting, the most important factor in the characterization of the surface quality is the roughness.
For this type of steel, according to the standard are guaranteed, the chemical composition on liquid steel, tensile properties, the angle of bending to cold and breaking KV energy at a temperature of +20°C.
The factors influencing the surface roughness obtained by laser cutting are presented in Table 2.
The factors of influence on surface roughness of studied parts Factors of influence Response functions Coding Parameter Simbol Unit of measure Adjustment range Roughness parameters x1 Cutting speed V [mm/min] 500…2000 Ra, Rq, [mm] x2 Frequency υ [Hz] 40…500 Ra, Rq, [mm] x3 Material thickness G [mm] 3…8 Ra, Rq, [mm] x4 Power P [W] 800…2000 Ra, Rq, [mm] x5 Energy conversion efficiency η % 30…90 Ra, Rq, [mm] After the complete inventory of the factors and their influence, the significance of existing factors was assessed and then the evaluation of the relevance of existing factors, followed by their ranking, in descending order of the influence exerted on the response functions and to the exclusion within the experiment of factors with insignificant influence.
These factors were chosen because power and energy conversion efficiency are dependent on other factors.

Structural, Electronic and Optical Properties of Some Oligo-Phenylenes I.
Introduction Extensive investigations [1-21] of Poly(p-phenylene) (PPP) and its linear oligomers have related remarkable morphological flexibility of the molecules and of them made materials to their mechanical [1], electronic [5] and optical properties [4,6,21], making them attractive for numerous applications.
The fact that a weak Eg n-dependence is present even at Θ=90 o indicates the influence of electron correlation effects on phenylene-based oligomers properties.
The fact that the slope of the torsional barrier (Fig. 2 (a)) is much steeper in the region Θ=0-30 o , where dipole moment is lower, than in the region Θ=60-90 o , where dipole moment is higher, confirms that the electrostatic interaction is not the main factor, which determines the torsion barrier properties.
All investigated properties are very sensitive to the subtle interplay between conjugation and electrostatic effects and their changes with oligomer length and torsion angle.

This system draws actual curve by setting curve through collecting data real-time, and completes the welding heat cycling of samples at the same time, then finishes material's analysis at the aspect of welding through the measured curve and the condition of the sample's properties after heat treatment. 2.
Welding heat cycle curve not only can reveal the main factors and relationship which are affected by the heat cycle parameters, but also anticipate the welding heat-affected zone with different welding process parameters, especially has an impact on the coarse-grained metal structure and properties near the fusion line.
So it has an important reference value to the evaluation of material's welding property and the choice of welding rules.

The mechanical properties and wear resistance of the alloy are strongly dependent on chemical composition, properties of lubricants, load carrying capacity, thermal stability and the tendency to the formation of micro-cracks.
The main alloying element is aluminum [3], its addition increases the castability, influences the size reduction of grains and improves the mechanical properties [5].
Copper addition improves the mechanical and tribological properties of the alloy, it also increases the tendency of Zn-Al alloys to spontaneous ageing and causes increase of the density of [3, 5].

The efficiency of electrolytic process is affected by many factors including the type of electrodes [4, 5].
But still there is a lack of research in the field of electrochemical properties of TiO2-x electrodes made by vacuum annealing.
Mechanical properties of the ceramic samples were evaluated using 4 point bending test results obtained by a mechanical testing device “Instron 4301” with the loading rate 0.5 mm/min.

Although the mechanical properties of expanded polymer materials have been studied [1-5], the quasi-static and impact properties and measurement methods have not been reported in foamed films.
In the present study, we evaluated the compressive properties of foamed PE film.
Thus, the strain rate sensitivity in the high strain region was caused by mechanical properties of the PE base material.
It is necessary investigate the mechanical properties of the dynamic strain rate in mobile electronic devices.
Additionally, the properties of the PE base material were unclear.

These factors should be taken into consideration and remembered its effects for mould design in order to improve die life, further a new direction and thinking of liquid forging die life design criterion will be given. 1.
It was also proved that the process parameters such as the filling pressure, the filling velocity and pressure holding time had no obvious effect on the squeeze chamber temperature change, but had obvious effect on parts performance in this experiment, in which the filling pressure had the greatest impact on the parts mechanical properties, and the pressure holding time and pouring temperature took second place.
The filling speed had the least effects on the mechanical properties of the parts.
Conclusion In this paper, the influence factors of liquid die forging die life is discussed through theoretical analysis combined with the test, taking the key common parts of indirect liquid forging squeeze head and squeeze chamber as an example.

It is found workable to predict factors influencing shearing strength using BP neural network with given soil properties.
Factors influencing shear strength mainly come from soil properties and stress state[3].
Physical properties can be obtained from laboratory soil tests which take little time, whereas mechanical properties tests whose target parameters are easily interfered take a long time, reducing reliability of the results.
It is reasonable to speculate the mechanical properties through physical properties since they are internally related[4].
Table 2 shows the level and factors in the test.

The material of the pull rod is 35CrMo alloy structural steel, and its characteristic coefficients and mechanical properties are as follows: mass density: 7800kg/m3; elastic modulus: 2.074e +11 Pa; Poisson's ratio: 0.3; yield limit: 835MPa; limit strength: 980MPa.
Appropriate constraint handling will directly affect the calculation results, so it must be as close as possible to the actual.
Specified and storied the node stress in ANSYS, and then given fatigue cycle number and the scale factor and events reference, input the fatigue cycle and stress intensity data in the table 1, finally, calculating the fatigue life.
