However, due to the complexity of the interface behavior between soil and pile materials, it becomes a problem in geotechnical engineering and it’s very difficult to obtain the analytical solution [1].
Therefore, in the pile soil interaction analysis, in order to reasonable simulate the complex interaction between piles and pile soil, the pile is using elastic material, but the soil is using ideal plasticity materials.
Fig.2 3-D FEM mesh of soil Fig.3 3-D FEM mesh of pile and Caps The materials and structure of the elastic-plastic deformation behavior is related with the loading and the deformation history.
This shown, t maximum stress of piles, bearing platform and soil were not more than the corresponding materials design strength.

†Corresponding author : nykim@kut.ac.kr Acoustic Impedance of Epoxy Coating Acoustic impedance is one of important acoustic properties of material that represents the ability to transport the acoustic energy in the material.
Since it depends on both of the material density and the ultrasonic velocity in the material, any change in material properties such as Young’s modulus and density leads to a change in acoustic impedance[3].
By detecting this variation of acoustic impedance, the material properties can be determined directly from the physical law relating the material properties to the acoustic impedance.

In this process each part of materials has prevented the heat dissipation, which is called thermal resistance.
The thermal parameters of LED packaging materials are listed in Table 1.
Thermal property of LED lamp packaging materials Material Ceramic substrate Cooper Sn solder paste PCB Thermal grease Heat sink (Al) k/ [W·(m·k)-1] 22.3 389 57 17.7 2.5 201 The supplied power is 2.5W, assuming the electro-optical conversion efficiency of 20%, so the heat flux applied on the thermal loading surface is 1.4´106 W/m2.
During thermal analysis, the thermal interface resistances between different materials are ignored, assuming that they are closely connected.

Metallic workpieces with uniform and fineequiaxed grain structures have a good combination of mechanical properties, which will influence machinability of materials.
Experimental Procedures Workpiece materials and grain structures.
The increase of strength of materials will increase cutting force, but the key point of questions is that what extent of grain refining can bring rising to cutting force, which is needed deeper research works. 1 2 3 4 5 6 0 200 400 600 800 1000 1200(a) Milling force,* Specimen number Main milling force Radial milling force 0.0 0.5 1.0 1.5 2.0 2.5 3.0 3.5 0 200 400 600 800 1000 1200 1400(b) Main milling force Radial milling force Milling force,* Average grain size,mm Fig. 2 The relationship between milling force with grain size of specimen (a) The testing results of main milling force and radial force (b) The variation of main milling force and radial milling force with grain size of specimen Fig. 3 Microstructure in as-cast workpieces of Inconel 718C (a) lengthened dendrite in specimen 1# (b) uniform equiaxed grains in specimen 5# In order to understand the relationship between the grain size and cutting force,

Research results indicate that the regulation design is feasible and the treating technique is appropriate by using new technology, methods and materials.
We should improve the treating techniques and adopt new technologies and materials because of the limitation of existing construction in span time.

The common chemical used is vinsol resin based materials [6].
In general, the mechanical properties of the porous materials can be predicted by the following equation [10]: (1) As expressed in this equation, the mechanical properties of the porous materials should be decreased with increasing of air content.
In porous materials, the pore structure can be affected by the temperature, humidity, chemical compositions or some other factors.
