Spiral Electrodes Capacitance Sensor Based on ANSYS
As shown in Fig.1, two spiral electrodes have been pasted on outside wall of pipe.
(1) in formula 1 is volume factor which is volume ratio of sensitive region to sensing unit .
The numbers of column such as 1, 2, 3…respectively represent the numbers of concentric circles, and the numbers of rows respectively represent numbers of intersection points.
