Abstract.A new state recognition method for rotary machines based on the fractal theory and neural network is proposed, and it is analyzed with the example of bushing abrasion of the connecting rod in diesel engine.

The polar groups of coagulating agent can adsorb many materials, when macro molecular exists among dust the dust particles, each molecule can adsorb several dust particles respectively, the incompact dust particles combine with each other tightly because of "bridging function" and form a big dust particle.

In recent years, with more and more studies focus in materials science on nano-structured materials, LLCs have attracted great attention for their specific nano-scale arrangements extending in an ordered fashion over a much longer range, unique rheology properties and so on [5-8].
