Structural modeling errors cannot be completely avoided in any analytical procedure that relies on finite-element models; these errors originate from many aspects such as simplified materials, boundary conditions, as well as connections.
The essential geometrical and material properties of the frame structure are given below.
The density and elastic modulus of the material of the members are r=7800 kg/m3 and E = 2.1 ×1011 N/m2, respectively.

The intention is to use the high melting point inert materials in inhibitors to mix in the growing sediment, by intermittently spraying the powdery substance to flue gas on the upstream of heating surface.
The inhibitor used in this research is white powder mixture with a particle size about 74um, the main components of the inhibitor is high melting point MgO, supplemented by a small amount of CaCO3and other inorganic materials.

The curing age of the materials averages 17.5 days, with a standard deviation of 8.08 days, showing a considerable range in the curing periods evaluated.
The high mean value indicates that most materials used in the research exhibit good resistance to corrosion, although the wide range of values suggests variability depending on the environmental factors and material properties.
