The inhibitors always consist of relatively thin sheets of flexible materials.
With the development of computational science, to use the computational software to analysis this large scale problems such as the solid rocket motor’s working process being realized.
The results have high value for design the geometry and select the material of inhibitors.

Fig.1 Failure Assessment Curves Fig.2 Schematic Diagram for Semielliptic for the materials Surface Cracks 1.2 Model Establishment for Cracks There are unavoidable defects existed in welded structures because of all kinds of factors, the surface defects and non-planar defects are included, among which the cracks are the most common but also the most dangerous form.
(3) It can be concluded from the security assessment result that the material used on underframe of the EMU aluminium car body is of excellent plastic performance but relatively short of toughness.

Numerical Simulation and Analysis to the behavior of Inner Hole Defect of Integral Top Cover for Pressure Vessel Zhaoqing Yu1, Shaomin Nie1, Shaoyin Qi1, Rongsheng Qi1, Xingang Liu1,a, Miao Jin1 1Key Laboratory of Advanced Forging & Stamping Technology and Science (Yanshan University), Ministry of Education of China, Qinhuangdao, Hebei, 066004, China alxg@ysu.edu.cn Keywords: Integral top cover; Hole defect; Numerical simulation analysis; Permissible value.
Research indicates that, holes closing only depend on material deformation around holes; literature [7] established the physical model of the process of cavern defect forging, which analyses deformation of holes defect in the forging process of evolution and morphology of the critical closing holes interface.
The material of integral top cover is A508-3.

Because of the above reasons, to correctly understand the material characteristics of crashed layer and its comprehensive mechanical response with overlay will conduct the designer to design reasonable overlay and builder to make scientific treatment.
Model also use the pavement geometric parameters and material parameters after the second overlaying and the variation level of material modulus is 0.3,as shown in Tab.1.

.<~ DZ-Ni60AA powder is selected as test material, and put it into the incubator in 48 hours for heat preservation, drying processing before test in order to remove the adsorption moisture in the powder.
In addition ,grain refinementcan be eliminated interdendritic tensile stress, coupled with the uniform distribution of sintering layer, reduced the contraction stress between materials.
