The following key findings were obtained: 1) The number of days with snowfall and the daily snowfall amount in the winter of 2021 were slightly higher than the average values for the past 10 years, but the annual average minimum temperature was 1.2°C higher than that for the past 10 years. 2) During the short-term observation period (between 0:00 on February 17 and 0:00 on February 24), the average center temperature of the ILBs and air temperature inside the pallets in the snowmelt area were 4.8°C and 9°C higher, respectively, than those in the non-snowmelt area. 3) Under the observation conditions, it was concluded that snowmelt generally occurs in this system when the outdoor temperature is −2°C or higher and the snowfall rate is 2.5 cm/h or lower. 4) As a result of estimating the life cycle costs, the initial establishment costs of the proposed system were high, but the life cycle costs were generally lower than those of the conventional system within ten years.

Nanomaterials include an array of engineered materials that are designed and produced to have at least one dimension less than 100nm [1].
The polymeric materials were fabricated using a two phase system, the first phase was water and poly (ethylene glycol) and the second one water methacyrlated dextran.
Gelatin: It is one of the common proteineceous materials that can be used for the production of nanoparticles.
Lipids are a large class of materials that includes fatty acids, glycerides, phospholipids, sphingolipids, waxes and sterols.
It was reported that the lipid blend has a significant impact on chemical stability of sensitive bioactive materials [34].
