It was agreed that the stakeholders would jointly work towards the realization of the main objective of improving transportation through the dissemination of relevant transport technological information, training and research, enhancement of traffic safety and fostering of more economical, efficient and environmentally sound transportation systems in Botswana.
The establishment of the Technology Transfer (T2) centre in Botswana has facilitated international networking with other Technology Transfer Centres around the world and accessed other information exchange networks thereby enabling the nation’s professionals realize the following benefits: (i) Improved access to world-wide expertise; (ii) Easier assessment of local practices against international practices (iii) Faster dissemination and implementation of new technology.

Introduction
An important problem in the domain of the vehicles traffic safety is how correctly the overtaking procedures are performed.
We consider the situation with v1 that wants to overtake v2 with opposite traffic v3, thus V0 = {v1; v2; v3}.
The system designed in this paper has the purpose to assure the correctness of the overtaking procedures, respectively to assure the safety in traffic.
