The Synthesis and Characterization of oxide free Tin nanoparticles Zhilong Pan 1,a, Shiliang Ao 2,Jianping Jia1 1School of Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology, Xidian University, Xi’an 710071, China 2School of Electronic Engineering, Xidian University, Xi’an 710071, China aEmail:panzhilong_520@163.com Keywords: Tin nanoparticles; Oxide free; low melting point Abstract.
Tin nanoparticles, as non-noble metal, are widely used in the interconnect materials.
Experimental Materials Tin (II) chloride dihydrate (SnCl2) , Sodium borohydride (NaHB4), Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and anhydrous ethanol were used as precursor, reducing agent, capping agent and solvent, respectively.

Synthesis of spherical carbon nanoparticles via sol-gel and their electrochemical properties in electrical double layer capacitor Guo-Bin Zheng, Hideaki Sano, Yasuo Uchiyama Division of Chemistry and Materials Science, Graduate School of Engineering, Nagasaki University, Nagasaki, 852-8521, Japan email: gbzheng@nagasaki-u.ac.jp Keywords: carbon nanoparticles, sol-gel, porous carbon, EDLC.
Introduction Porous carbon materials with high surface area have been widely used in supercapacitors, catalysts and absorbents, etc. [1].
In last decade, increasing efforts were focused on the development of mesoporous carbon materials, such as those synthesized by soft or hard template method, because hierarchical pore structure facilitate the ion transportation in supercapacitors [2, 3].
In this paper, we mixed CNTs in the precursor solution of sol-gel method to prepare CNT-RF gels and the subsequent carbonization resulted in CNT/C porous composite materials.

Sometimes, the structure of this material will change
(2) The ultrasonic grinding can minimize the static and dynamic friction coefficient of the materials contacted to each other
Therefore, it is a popular approach when machining other hard and brittle materials.

The element of concrete is designed for non-uniform material, such as concrete and rock.
Concrete should be input parameters of density , the elastic modulus and poisson's ratio; Soil uses D-P materials, and needs to input parameters of density ,the elastic modulus, poisson's ratio, cohesion, friction angle and the expansion angle.
And ANSYS will get the coefficient of static soil pressure K0 automatically when the material sets poisson's ratio μ.

However, the shell of refrigerating system must be made of pressure resisting materials because the saturation pressure of CO2 is high.
The vane sample was also machined from the same type of vane material as was used in the real compressor.
The vane material was made of the high speed tool steel and had hardness in the range of 750~760 HV.

Introduction Nanotechnology is related to different areas such as medicine, electronics, computer science, physics, chemistry, biology and materials engineering and it is based on exploitation and nanoscale production.
Among these materials, calcium phosphates are of great interest due to their chemical similarity to the mineral phase of bone.
Materials and Methods Proteic Sol-gel Hydroxyapatite (SG-HA) HA was prepared from two aqueous solutions of sucrose (3.6 wt-%), one with phosphoric acid (H3PO4) and, the other with calcium nitrate (Ca(NO3)2.4H2O) in a manner that Ca/P ratio was maintained equal to 1.67.
