In this article, we collect problems and analysis them ,seek for the possible measures of construct the temporary house and the effective way to rebuilt the disaster area. 1 Foreword After Wenchuan earthquake in May 12th , 2008 , Shanghai, Guangzhou and the afflicted governments of Sichuan and Shanxi cooperating together, They actively organized to use engineering materials to build temporary houses. 2 The original problem which happened during construct the temporary houses 2.1 Problems in reality Owe to the first time to implement large scale construction during the disaster area,there are some problem inevitably happened.which cause author think about the economy and the feasibility of built the large scale temporary houses
So we can have the rational, scientific guidance service planning of disaster prevention ,engineering materials preparation and mitigation of city. 5.

This article studied the impact of different recycled aggregate replacement rate and the anchorage length for the bond strength between the recycled aggregate concrete and reinforced, and provided a beneficial reference for engineering design of recycled concrete structure under similar conditions.
By reading literature and the experimental data shows that: when the appropriate selection of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate, the application of recycled concrete in practical engineering is feasible.
Experiment was conducted to study the properties of admixture concrete must be combined with the actual engineering and recycled aggregate, itcan be seen in the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is 50%~70% ultimate strength decreased more slowly. 3 Conclusions and suggestions The failure process of the recycled concrete and the rebar binding properties similar in failure process of elastic stage and ordinary concrete and reinforced adhesive performance.
