The results show that there is material transfer due to arc erosion while breaking arc and closing bounce.
Therefore, easing the arc erosion and decreasing the material transfer is necessary for increasing the life of relay.

Introduction Currently, steel fiber concrete is given special attention as one of the fastest growing effective and promising building materials.
It can be seen that the higher the heating temperature, the greater the relative decrease in the mass of materials.
The results of the effect of heat has on the linear dimensions of the material samples are given in (Fig. 2).
Moreover, after 800 and 1000 ° C in materials with a volumetric fiber content of 3% and 6% when using certain types of fiber, an increase in size occurs. 2.

The Contact Simulation of CTP Imaging Drum and Plate on ANSYS XING Jie-fanga, ZHANG Jieb, HE Lu-junc Jiangsu Provincial Key Lab of Pulp and Paper Science and Technology, Nanjing Forestry University, No.159 Longpan Road, Nanjing, Jiangsu China, 210037 ajfx200@yahoo.com.cn, bzjahfy236400@126.com, chelujun8853@yahoo.cn Key words:ANSYS;contact process;imaging drum;finite element Abstract.
As the changing of load material boundary conditions and other factors, one surface may contact or not contact with other surfaces in a sudden which will cause abrupt change of system rigidity; contact problem often involves in the solving of friction response, and the result is difficult to converge.
In rigid - flexible body contact problems, one or more contact surfaces are taken as a rigid body (with a much larger rigidity than the other contact surface), which is suitable for the case that soft materials contacts with hard materials; flexible - flexible body contact is suitable for the two contact deformable bodies with similar contact rigidity, which is the most common type.

So the choice of materials is particular important in green ship design process [7].
During production design, consideration should be focused on the pollution problems of welding materials on environment in the welding process.
Efficient, low toxic and low smoke welding materials are preferred materials.
So when choosing ship outfitting materials, not only the general function must be consider, but also the environmental performance must be considered too.
