Abstract.
Through in-depth analysis and design, the data-tables in database mainly include the following kinds: (1) basic parameters of the system (basic parameters table, basic parameters table of the cutting tools, workpiece material table, processing mode table, cutting fluid table, etc.[3]); (2) detailed information of the cutting tools (tool angle parameters table, blade parameters table, arbor parameters table, groove parameters table, etc.); (3) design results (CAD table of the cutting tools, process table of the cutting tools, NC code table of the cutting tools, etc.); (4) project information (customer information table, supplier information table, order table, contract table, etc.); (5) user of the system(user table, role table, permission table, etc.).
For example, the corresponding reference angle table of the cutting tools needs to be queried when designing geometric angle, so as to determine the corresponding angle of the cutting tools according to the kinds of processed materials.

Introduction
With the rapid development of the national economy, materials require in various industries is more and more refined and economical.In order to blast furnace fuel consumption savings and increase productivity, low grade iron ore is no longer meets the requirements of the steel market.

The dynamic viscosity will be effect the load carrying capacity of a journal bearing, which is the viscosity increased for typical oil and constant for water when pressure increased [2].
Water is a fluid contains dissolved mixed gases e.g. oxygen, chlorine, carbon dioxide which effect the corrosion of material.
Therefore, the compatibility of material used for water hydraulic system should be examined to avoid corrosion occurs and increase component life cycle.
