SME behavior changes in the homogeneity range of HfIr compound are discussed Introduction During the last two decades, the new class of functional materials appeared – high temperature shape memory alloys (HTSMA) [1, 2].
Despite significant progress achieved for TiNiPt and TiNiZr alloys (~3% of reversible strain in temperature interval not higher than 600 K), no successful application of these materials was claimed so far.

The introduction With the development of the semiconductor laser, the absorption peak in 0.8 ~ 1.1 mu m band Yb3 + doped laser materials is becoming a hot spot of solid laser research at home and abroad.
In all the Yb3 + doped laser material, Yb: YAG laser material has excellent optical and thermodynamic properties and chemical stability, mechanical processing, and YAG cubic structure but also to produce sharp fluorspar spectral lines, to achieve high gain, low threshold laser operation [1-5] At present, the domestic Yb: YAG laser materials and laser research has not yet fully mature, through system research, access to quality, large size of Yb: YAG laser material, will advance to high solid laser beam quality, high efficiency, high power and integration, miniaturization direction.
Practice has proved that laser in such aspects as performance, reliability, and cost significantly better than that of Nd: YAG laser matrix materials [6].
Experiment Powder synthesis Experimental materials, the purity is 99.99% (mass fraction) of Y2O3, analysis of pure A12O3, Yb2O3 and carbonate.

The magnitude of the Eu is a band tailing from the forbidden gap which can be used to characterize the degree of disorder in the amorphous/crystalline materials.
Materials with larger Eu would have greater tendency to convert weak bonds into defects [9].

Studies conducted elsewhere [4] aimed to substitute aggregates and other materials in concrete mortars by industrial residues.
Materials and methods For mortar processing, Portland cement (CPII-F32) and hydrated lime were used as binders.
This result highlights the importance of reusing disposable compounds in materials science such as foundry powder in the civil engineering.

Compared with conventional metal alloys, composite materials have higher specific strength and specific stiffness due to their high strength, high stiffness, and low density.
The overall structural weight of the aircraft can therefore be reduced without compromising the stiffness and strength of its structure by using composite materials.
