From its inception of three-cone drill, there has been the constant pursuit of science and technology workers to improve product quality.
In short, the design of the cone bit is optimized with optimization and computer technology, switching the approximate calculation got by designers’ experience or similar methods to accurate theoretical calculation of the parameters, so that a drill design step into science design stage from the experience trial method.
This greatly improve the accuracy of the bit design, scientific and reliable, and reduce the blind trial and repeated trial times, manpower and material resources, the bit of the development cycle and the development costs of new products and significantly improve the design quality of the bit. 4.
