Abstract.
Introduction Currently, with the arising of nanotechnology, nanocomposite materials have been attracting growing scientific and industrial interests due to their novel properties.
In terms of mechanical properties, nanocomposite materials show extremely high hardness, tribological performance and yield strength.
The significant channel formation is observed for ductile materials since the load on the indenter tip is transferred to the front half of the indenter once sliding starts.

Abstract.
In order to overcome the deficiencies of mechanical valve anti-coagulation, the researchers and manufacturers of mechanical heart valve have performed a wide range of research in hemodynamic performance and biocompatibility through the selection of materials, improving the structural design, the level of manufacturing process and other means of research, who have developed many types and models of artificial heart valve products[7].
The materials applied for heart valve ring is titanium ally(Ti6Al4V), Polyoxymethylene (POM) is the material of the chucks.
In addition, the authors thank Li Yao, Tianxue You and Xiaoxi Yang(Key Laboratory of Advanced Technologies of Materials, Chinese Education Ministry, Southwest Jiaotong University), for they invaluable help with the statistical approaches used in this study.
