Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of flat rate on mechanical character of large-span tunnel structure, the structural analysis of three flat rates in four-lane tunnel with single arch is progressed by the compiled procedure of load structure model.

Abstract.
Introduction Tailor welded blanks (TWBs) are composed of more than two materials with similar or different strengths or thicknesses joined together to form a single part before the forming operation.
The material type of punch, die and blank holder choose rigid material.
The material type of sheet chooses elastic-plastic material and adopts Belytschko-Tsay shell element.
The parameters of the two materials are shown as Table1.
