Abstract.
Rubber soil material has low density, high strength, water permeability, and seismic energy absorption, a wide range of engineering applications and so on.At present, scrap rubber in road traffic engineering as part of a larger focus on concrete and asphalt pavement structure of the application of the above, but by adding tires rubber to road base materials, research on dynamic characteristics of rubber cement soil, which may differ from those of conventional cement soils, have not been studied.

Abstract.
But it becomes very difficult to handing with these characteristics in practical engineering applications.
Therefore, engineers and academics turned their today’s focus to the resource utilization of mud, which means to transform the land-taking mud into engineering material with certain strength and can be recycled.
Acknowledgments The research was financially supported by Key Laboratory of Civil Engineering Structures & Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Technology of Zhejiang Province and Yunhe Cup project of Zhejiang University of Technology (No. 2013165).
