With the method of mechanical pressure loose, no fixed shape, low calorie value, sawdust, straw, rice husk and other biomass materials are briquetted a certain shape, higher density, high calorific value solid fuel, the process called biomass briquetting technology[2].
(1) Take a small section materials whose length is dx from the mould, and due to the high temperature and high pressure in the mould during the process of briquetting, lignin in the material has been softened, after plastication the material flow fully, and therefore the length of the dx mould is regarded as a pressure vessel.
The material is pressed by the axial impact extrusion F, the positive pressure that the die hole inner wall to material is N, and the friction that the die hole inner wall to material is Ff, fk is the friction coefficient that the die hole inner wall to material, due to the material force balance, the material also produce an opposite reaction to the die hole.

Thus development of effective as well as advanced uses of wood-based materials have attracted rising attention to achieve sustainable development of a society has been built by underground resources.
Advanced wood based materials technology group in AIST, found an interesting deformation behavior which leads to development of a novel shape-forming of solid woods [1-5].

If use low calcium fluidized bed boiler fly ash to produce fried bricks, not only the carbon contains in low calcium fluidized bed boiler fly ash can be used , but also land resources can be saved, It achieves that the effective utilization of industrial waste, new wall materials of environmentally friendly and energy saving can be produced.
Raw materials and test 2.1 Raw materials and experimental design The chemical composition of fly ash and clay as shown in Table1-1 and Table 1-2.
Experimental raw material use after crushing, drying at 105 °Cand screening.
Under the same forming pressure conditions, the dense degree of blank decline as fly ash increasing, The point of contact between the materials inside blank reduces, Thus it is difficult to sinter when the fly ash is added, the water absorption increases, physical properties decline. 4.

However, the dependence of hardness on grain size does not show a single trend that applies to every ceramic material [6].
Materials and Methods Stoichiometric synthetic HA powders with 1.66 Ca/P molar ratio was uniaxially compacted into an 8.4 mm diameter cylindrical die at 180 and 250 MPa and sintered in air during 6 hours at 1000 oC with a heating rate of 3 oC/min.
These values are very high considering ceramic materials processing.
Vickers hardness (VH) tests are in course, in order to analyze larger areas, being more representative of the whole material property.

Introduction In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by polymer materials wastes, biodegradable polymers, such as starch, chitosan, poly L-lactic acid and poly amino acid, have been paid more and more attention recently [1]. γ-PGA is a hydrophilic, completely biodegradable, and naturally available biopolymer produced by the Bacillaceae family. γ-PGA and its derivatives have been applied in a broad range of fields such as food, superabsorbent polymer, cosmetics, medicine, plastics, and water treatment etc [2-3].

Mesoscopic crack fracture criterion of high-speed railway concrete lining According to the number of the fatigue loads cycling times acting on the concrete materials, the fatigue is divided into 2 types: high-cycle fatigue and low cycle fatigue.
The high-cycle fatigue is that the stress level of cyclic loads is low and the stress cycling times reach before the fatigue fracture of materials or structure, the runway of airfield, the highway, the railway bridges and the highway road surface are among such fatigue mode.
The report of RILEM (The International Union of Laboratories and Experts in Construction Materials, Systems and Structures) thought that the fatigue failure of concrete materials is ascribed to two mechanisms: the adhesion degradation between mortar matrix and coarse aggregate, and the evolution of cracks in mortar matrix, these two failure mechanisms can occur alone or in combination [2].
The material properties were shown in table 2.

Introduction Honeycomb paperboard and EPE are two types of cushion packaging materials commonly used in the packaging industry, but their cushion mechanism and properties are different.
COMSOL Multiphysics had its own library materials, but Honeycomb Paperboard and EPE used in this research were not included, therefore, the properties of materials must be manually defined.
At the beginning of compression, the stress was small, two types of materials were at the linear elastic deformation stage, and the stiffness of honeycomb paperboard was much greater than that of EPE.
