At present, large-scale use of piezoelectric ceramic materials is mainly lead-based piezoelectric ceramics.
Prefired the dry gel in muffle furnace at temperature of 750℃ for 2.5h to obtain powder materials.
Powder materials must be milled in agate mortar and 5% PVA binder was added during the grinding process.
Qm has related with internal domain wall’s vibration, rotation and friction, indicating that to improve the performance of material from the microstructure of materials.

Testing Materials and Methods
Testing Materials.
The testing materials used in cutting comparison experiment are FT and P20 steels, with chemical compositions are given in Table 1.
Table 2 Hardness value of the two plastic mould steels (HV) Materials Center hardness Side hardness Biggest hardness difference FT 316 321 5 P20 323 340 17 Testing Conditions and Methods.
The higher the hardness of the material is, the stronger resistance action of grinding from micro-powder the material will have[6].

Material Properties.
Since superplastic forming large deformation with material non-linear characteristics of materials are particularly sensitive to the strain rate, so non-linear isotropic rigid-plastic model is used.

Nano-titania (TiO2) was one of the commonly employed fillers for improving insulation properties of PI materials.
In this study, PI/titania hybrid materials were prepared by in situ polymerization method and characterized in terms of their morphology, and properties.
The movement of electrical charges through the weakest part of the testing materials is somehow allowed and thus the reduction of dielectric strength fluctuated.

Therefore, the State Council promulgated the " national medium and long-term science and technology development plan ( 2006~2020) ", the building saving- energy and green buildings listed as priority areas of development, including the construction of energy-efficient technology and equipment, renewable energy and building integration technology device, saving- energy building materials and green building materials and building saving- energy technology standards content.
The design of building materials saving- energy technology The direct way between construction and its symbiotic environment exchange heat is maintenance of the building structure, thus the design of saving- energy become a hot topic .
Pay attention to the function of new insulation materials in different use For example, the BASF company of German developed a new type of insulation material of NEOPOR who can reduce the product water rate and the coefficient of heat conductivity [5].
Door and window materials and sealing technology France's new residential mostly use PVC plastic window.
