Guang Yang[3] used low-cost dodecyl-modified diatomite to immobilize lipase for the resolution of HMPC by asymmetric acylation, the immobilized lipase showed excellent enantioselectivity and the highest operational stability with 85% of initial activity remained after 10 recycles.
