Abstract: To solve the problem that the change of curve slop was not considered in the common corrosion fatigue crack growth, a new corrosion fatigue crack propagation model based on Pairs formula was established in this paper; which corrected parameters C and n of Paris formula at the same time.

Compared with other monitoring equipments, the use of drifting buoys to track oil spills is truly a way of accurate real-time, low cost(Yang Yuewen and Shang Hongmei, 2007; Wang Yu, Xiong Deqi, 2007; Yue Chengye, Cao Zude, 2003; Ages A B, Boom de Lange B R , Woodward M J.1994).
This kind of oil spill sensor has been designed and applied on a passive oil spill tracking buoy and a good result has been achieved(Yang Rui, Liu Jinchuan, Xie Wenning, Yao Lizhu,2009).
