Abstract— For the existing drawbacks in the crucible rotation vertical drop method, the control system is improved.
Crystal growth control system block diagram Cadmium Zinc Tellurium Crystal Growth Principle By material science know CdZnTe Crystal melting point higher, its melting point values is in connection with CdZnTe three materials ratio; for example, Te Zn0.04 Cd0.96, Crystal melting point is 1095 ℃[1].
In order to guarantee that the tellurium zinc cadmium material interior elevation of temperature is even, the elevation of temperature process uses the curve control to make it to elevate temperature slowly.

Introduction
Increased requirements for safety and performance of structural elements operating in difficult conditions, lead to the necessity of their manufacture from the most perspective materials.
Often the existence of desired structure is achieved by cooling of the material at a predetermined velocity [1].
The material properties of the billet is a functions of temperature Ts.
