Engineering practices of domestic and overseas had shown that the frozen soil wall is the heart of freezing sinking because the core of its strength and stability related to the success and economic benefit of project.
By making regression analysis, obtained the numerical calculation models of freeze wall’s maximum radial displacement considering frozen wall thickness, alluvial soil depth, excavation section high, excavation radius and other factors, which proved the formula rationally through comparing with engineering measurement datas.

Introduction Structural health monitoring of civil engineering structures has received considerable attention over the last two decades with the progress in digital signal processing and system identification techniques [1-5].
The success of using the DLV technique in damage localization and health monitoring of civil engineering structures lies on the ability to sufficiently reconstruct the flexibility matrix from measured dynamic responses.

For the unique professional characteristic in airport project, the software system has a considerable engineering prospect.
If an aided design system could draw or model, the engineers will be liberated from the tedious drawing work to have more time focusing on the analysis and optimization of the bridge structure design.
If clicking the “Drawing” button in various tabs, the four construction drawings are achieved: structure diagram, bridge layout, prestressing tendons and ordinary reinforced chart(Fig.5), materials amount tables of Excel format(Fig.6) and computing model text file(*.mct) which can imported into Midas Civil software for finite element analysis.
The following softwares are the current mature on bridge drawing in China: Bridge Designer and Program Designer of TongHao Civil Corporation, Bridge Wizard of Xi’an Fangzhou, Bridge Master, Midas BDS, Bridge Magic Brush.
In addition, the main software modules can be transplanted to enrich constantly base material for the professional software, So it has a considerable engineering prospect.
