Abstract.
The second aim is related to the stability of a material.
In solids it is often the case when the peak of DOS at the Fermi level indicates on the probable instability of a material against the lattice distortions or spin polarization.
This work is supported in part by programmes of Russian Academy of Sciences, Russian Foundation for Basic Research (projects 13-02-00655 and 14-02-00583), Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and the Government of the Russian Federation (No. 14.A12.31.0003).

Introduction In various areas of mathematical physics, including applications of material theory and theory of elasticity, filtration and steel quenching (for instance, see [1-6] and corresponding references therein) appear problems for linear and non-linear equations of parabolic and hyperbolic types, where equation coefficients are unknown functions and have to be determined.
