Therefore, materials for the tool, regardless of their chemical composition and method of production, must have: high hardness and wear resistance of the surface in combination with sufficient plasticity or elasticity of the main part of the tool.
However, today non-standard approaches to the strengthening of materials, including friction and deformation [1], chemical-thermal treatment [2–6] and others, are becoming increasingly important, especially if it does not require significant economic costs.

For a long time, the city residential understanding only pay attention to residential and other material elements, rarely to further analysis of the system structure of urban settlements.
The urban settlements reflect the development of both material and spiritual civilizations, whose development and construction reflects the needs of urban residents [1].

Among the built projects, the largest area of the building is 325000 ㎡, which is located in the Development Zone of Anshun, Guizhou Province, southwest of building materials and furniture, the column net are 12m×12m, 15m×15m, 18m×21m, the height of RC open-web sandwich plate structure is (L/28), the live load is 5KN/㎡, the cost is 360-400 Yuan per square meter.
The Fig9 shows the record of RC open-web sandwich plate structure of southwest of building materials and furniture.
We do a lot of works in this new type space structure from theory to practice, the structure will be a new type structure in the field of space structure science in china.
