However, in practical engineering, the structural performance always exhibits some degree of variations due to uncertainties.
Probabilistic analysis is widely applied to dealing with uncertain engineering problems based on a large amount of uncertainty information.
Often, it is difficult to obtain adequate experimental data in actual engineering.

Experimental study on the development regularity of slab concrete cracks under fatigue loads Xianxi Tang 1,a, Jinbao Liang 2,b,Xianzhou Tang 3,c, Yue Xu 4,d 1 School of Civil Engineering, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou, 730050, China 2 China railway 14th bureau group 2nd engineering co.
Through calculation by engineering mechanics and finite element method repeatedly, and reference to other concrete structure fatigue test methods for determining the fatigue loading[8-10], the fatigue load amplitude and frequency were determined as follows: The fatigue upper limit was taken as 136kN, fatigue lower limit was taken as 27.2kN, and the load frequency was taken as 3Hz.
