It was found that the composition of feedstock and coating was basically the same; Bonding between the particles in the coating and the bonding between the coating and substrate was mainly belonged to mechanical bite and physical bonding; At low heating temperature in spraying, the coating presented applanation loosen cascade state of porous structure; Morphology of the coating influenced by heating temperature and fracture character of the particles; Methanol steam reforming reaction on the coating confirmed that cold spray technology can be successfully applied to fabrication of catalytic coating material.
However, there is limited study on spraying materials for catalytic purpose[5,6].

Modern earth building has resurged in many markets partly because of an increased awareness of the vast energy consumption and subsequent costs needed to manufacture modern non-traditional building materials.
Material composition will strictly conform to Ramtec's specifications with the exception of a trial including a zeolite additive.
Insulation dimensions should aim to meet minimum "Passive house" requirements for Slovakia; 0.15 (W/m2K) as of 2012. 4.3 Sources of information · Data will be sourced from existing codes, manuals and relevant journals
To a lesser extent, testing may also be conducted at the Slovak Academy of Science in Bratislava by agreement.
Of the materials many advantages: Distinct aesthetic appearance, high thermal storage, excellent acoustics and fire resistance, perhaps the most prized is the passive balance of air humidity which intriguingly, is surprisingly elusive amongst modern materials of airtight envelope constructions in Europe today.

A material’s mechanical properties depend on its microstructure [3].
This type of morphological transformation has also been found in some other materials [7-8].
Due to these microstructural features, materials with a harmonic structure have superior mechanical properties compared to conventional materials.
This relationship has also been shown in other materials [4-8]. 25mm Core Shell Figure 5: Backscattered electron micrograph of a cross-section of the prepared milled-powder sintered compacts Mechanical properties of sintered compacts.

The UT NDE is the most widely used technique for the detection and characterization of composite materials [3-7].
UT is a nondestructive method in which beams of high-frequency sound waves are introduced into materials for the detection of both surface and internal flaws in the material [5-7].
IR thermography is a powerful NDE technique for the characterization of composite materials [3, 8].
