In the past, concrete linings were built in Korea with scanty attention to their fire safety, as demonstrated by the lack of studies on fire resistance of both materials and structures.
Introduction Long 40~60 m deep underground tunnels are being planned to be constructed in Korea to solve the problem of serious traffic congestion which has been caused by the rapid growth of cities.
In Korea, active fire protection centering on saving lives has been the mainstream in the safety design for tunnels against a fire.
Difficulties in reparing, as well as safety issue are inherent in tunnel fires.
Fire-resistance evaluation standard for tunnel structures provided by the ITA(International Tunneling Association) suggesting maximum concrete temperature of 380°C was used in the test.

In March 2012, the official website for eVolo – the American architectural journal - posted its listing of those architects awarded top tier in their annual Skyscraper Competition.
As international diplomacy between east and west has developed, over the last twenty years, Chinese architects have become more and more internationally renowned for their ingenuity.
The project conceived of attaching double skinned skyscraper to the mountains so as to not only restore the ecological environment but also help the indigenous community get between work and home, safety and promptly.
They predicted that due to the development of intense traffic, caused by the overburdened public transport system and heavy resource consumption, a large number of vehicles will be abandoned by the city’s residents.
Their triumph demonstrates the benefits of international collaboration and has made Chinese conceptual architecture the model for the world to beat.

Introduction
Along with the increasing traffic volume, traveling speed and axle loads, serious premature failures occurred on many asphalt pavements soon after opening to the traffic, such as flooding oil, loose inside, frost boiling, settlement and bottom stripping [1].
Because of the dynamic load of traffic and temperature expansion and contraction repeated affect, the water which enter the asphalt pavement voids continuously generate hydrodynamic pressure or the vacuum cycle, water gradually infiltrated into the interface of asphalt and aggregate, then the asphalt will be emulsified, the strength of asphalt mixture will be declined [5].
That is seriously reducing the use of pavement performance, endangering the traffic safety, shortening the life of asphalt pavement, and causing enormous economic losses.
