Experimental The material tested was Q235B plate with the mechanical properties shown in Table 1.
The reason for this is as follows: all the welding parameters, materials and geometrical characteristics of specimens are totally identical.
These small-scale specimens have the same welding procedure, materials, joint forms and slab thickness with the full-scale specimens, size reduced simply.

Introduction
For the experimental study of dynamic mechanical properties of materials in high speed rate loading, the Hopkinson pressure bar device is considered the most effective method, which can give a strain rate range of 102~104 [1].
The materials of the sensing projection and base block are steel, Young’s modulus of which is 210Gpa and Poisson’s ratio is 0.3.
The materials of the input bar and the sensing block are steel whose Young’s modulus E=210Gpa and Poisson’s ratio n=0.3.
Acknowledgments The authors greatly appreciate the financial support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 10772088).

Another advantage is the accurate placement of pre-determined quantities of material, which can be performed without the need for previous patterning steps [4-7].
A further advantage of this approach is that a wide range of materials can be fused together to form a device with the required properties and in some cases, the need for solder joints can also be eliminated.
The NanoeNablerTM system offers the direct transfer of fluidic materials onto various surfaces for a variety of novel applications, including real-time monitoring of water pollutants.

It was because that the nitrogen solubility decreased and became the over saturation condition when the materials quenched by water at high temperature.
At 1100 , the fracture of the material is toughness fracture mode and the elongation ratio is the best.
