Introduction
Because of their advantage as flame retardants and smoke suppressants, zinc hydroxystannate (, ZHS) and zinc stannate (, ZS), have found commercial use for many polymeric materials, including plastics and rubbers [1-3], especially for halogen-containing polymers, such as poly(vinyl chloride)[4,5].
Experimental Materials.
Heat release rate (HRR) and smoke parameters such as total carbon monoxide production and total carbon dioxide production are important parameters for evaluating flame retardancy and flammability of polymeric materials.

A company requires the percent of Fe in food grade phosphoric acid is less than 5 ppm; the material cost of 304L is much lower than that of 316L.
Fig.2 Surface micrographs of 304L(a) and 316L(b) in 85% food grade phosphoric acid after 90 days (b) (a) Fig.3 SEM micrograph showing the surface of 304L(a) and 316L(b) The morphological state of the surface of the materials obtained by SEM (Fig. 3) showed that the pits on the surface of 304L were much larger compared to that of 316L.
The SEM study clearly shows that material with greater corrosion resistance exhibit a lower depth of pitting attack, whereas materials with lesser corrosion resistance reveal a greater depth of pitting attack.

Introduction
Solar cell for silicon based material is the most widely used technology for the manufacture of photovoltaic modules due to the low cost.
In the former approach, the solar cells are fabricated using materials with specifically chosen energy gap characteristics designed to absorb photons of different wavelengths so as to reduce the energy loss in the carrier energy gap zone.
A III-V GaAs/AlGaAs solar cell materials with surface selective etching and polymer passivation, the incident light reflected from the solar cell is re-directed by a reflective diffraction optical grating such that it is refocused on the barrier-type surface of the solar cell.

The impurities go into the growing crystal from the subliming source, carbon materials including container and thermal insulation, and the gas atmosphere of the furnace
The purpose of this work was to obtain high-purity bulk SiC crystals by sublimation with an analysis of the causes of contamination of the crystal with impurities B, Al and N.
