Experiments Experimental materials.
The weld joints were welded by manual electric arc welding for the 4 weld seams, and the welding material is J506 electrode.
In a strong plastic deformation, high-deformation energy was introduced in the internal, which made materials such as vacancy and dislocation defects increased and lattice distorted[5].

Acquired material properties of the steel alloy allowed creating material characteristics and the fatigue strength curve, which were used in FEM calculations.
The Zgo fatigue strength necessary for the calculation of test parameters was evaluated from the experimental graph (Fig. 3) plotted for a diverse group of materials, starting from pure metals and ending in iron alloys and alloys of non-ferrous metals [8].
