In this paper, the MAE parameters such as extractant,microwave irradiation power, the ratio of solvents to materials, and extraction time were optimized by RSM from black corn hull.
Interaction analysis In the ethanol concentration,the ratio of solvents to materials, microwave irradiation power, and extraction time of the four factors,any of two factors as X and Y, as the Z in the absorbance, make the corresponding 3D figure.
The optimal processing conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration 79.67%(pH value 1.0),the ratio of solvents to materials 40.00mL·g-1, microwave irradiation power 560.00W, and extraction time 79.25 s , under the optimal conditions, the maximal absorbance was of 0.473.

We found serious longitudinal cracks in layer base materials in the insignificant deformed sections, which penetrated four layers and was about 450 mm long within the sample as shown in Fig.10.
