Key words: bridge structure, composite structure, strengthening, carbon fiber sheet, external prestressing.
Currently concrete beams are mainly strengthened by carbon fiber sheet or strengthened jointly by carbon fiber sheet and external prestressing to reinforce in the engineering community[1-5].
Some beneficial conclusions are gained, which have certain reference values and important practical significance to the strengthening community of bridge engineering.

Ancient Chinese culture is the ethnic roots of modern design, dig national heritage, know the trend of the world, is the foundation of modern design. The design of ancient China, from the natural, the natural, farming and hunting for food.Summer clothing, through the mountains on the potential, civil house, production and life practice long, accumulated rich experience and inspiration."
Refer to product design, research data related to the United States, introduced from Europe and other countries, very few Chinese related information, file design in ancient China, a lot of books are interpreted from the other, history, culture and so on, there are very few studies on Chinese ancient human engineering design in relevant. Can China regarding ergonomics long-standing, especially in ancient times of China, the relationship between human, material, environment of the three has always been the main content of design research in ancient china.Human engineering is an important part of design, a good design a lot of ancient China, and these works today is in use, or by reference design. These works are excellent, to some extent, is because of the excellent design works in the development process, and all reflect the human engineering, human nature is reflected design. In terms of a product, the development process is also the human understanding, to their own ability to understand
and use process, all reflect the human engineering ideas naive.Luban, Heavenly Creations, dream pool essays, history of science and technology.Such as "Luban" in the regular size, research and modern human engineering design agree without prior without previous consultation, the ancients have to conduct relevant research.

Abstract: DaGangShan power station in China is being excavation at 1500 meters deep below earth surface, where the surrounding rock is affected by high initial geo-stress.
Introduction In china, as development of the west regions, some large-scale hydraulic and hydro-power engineering would be built for successful transmission of electricity from the western to the eastern region.
In recent years, the demands of rock mechanics and engineering practices have accelerated studies on unloading failure of rocks.
Relationship curves between mechanical indexes and confining pressure Rock failure criterion under the condition of unloading In geotechnical engineering, the Mohr-Coulomb criterion is the most commonly used in practice.

Keywords: spherical bearing, rotational torque, bearing design, bearing test.
Considering the curvature radius of spherical bearing in practical engineering is usually larger than 360mm, and according to the mechanical characteristics in rotation of spherical bearing, the following assumptions can be made: a) The spherical cap suffers uniformly distributed pressure along the convex surface, pointing towards the center of the sphere; b) The pressure on the rotating plate imposed by the spherical cap flat surface is distributed as a right trapezoid. 2.2 Model establishment and analysis In the spherical bearing rotational test, two bearings are placed on and beneath the rotating plate respectively.
