Absorber 1 which has high rigidity is of cylinder structure whose rubber material in horizontal radial direction bears compression force, damping fluorosilicone rubber can be implemented to adjust the stiffness of rubber material for appropriate horizontal rigidity.
Absorber 2 is of T-shape connected by metal material, which has obvious setback in structure for small deformation of rubber will lead to worse damping effect.

The evaluation to the urban rivers and lakes usually concentrates on the aspects of the water quality [3], the eutrophic state of water body [4], influence of impervious materials on the integrity of creatures in the rivers, habitat, healthy of ecological system [5] and etc. and there is still lacking of systematical evaluation system in according with the water environment control target of urban rivers, so these evaluations are not complete in general.
Firstly, according to membership between the upper and lower elements of hierarchical structure model, pairwise comparison matrix of different hierarchies are constructed according to the principle of the upper layer, and compare their superiors with grading method (namely defining its values according to the experiences of the materials, the experts and the research personnel).
