These primary crystals reduce the manufacturability of material at casting and operational properties of the finished products.
Material and research technique The material to be studied was silumin of the composition: 12.49 % Si, 2.36 % Mg, 0.6 % Cu, 0.35 % Ni, 0.3 % Fe, Al balance (at %).
The possibility of dispersing of silumin structure due to ultra-high-speed heating and cooling which realized in the surface layer of the material was demonstrated.
Acknowledgement The study was performed by a grant from the Russian Science Foundation (project № 14-29-00091).

To support the thermal conductivity analysis, the char yields were visualized by using direct photograph and SEM to investigate the char quality based on the color and the structure of char material imaging their porrosities.
The produced char was inserted in the char specimen stack, then was sandwiched under load between two reference materials, each in contact with the flat plate of a heating/cooling unit.

But lapping has such disadvantages as great wafer subsurface damage, hard to realize atomization and environment pollution of consumable materials.
The ratio of the above two parts is decided by the material removal mode.
Two parts are all small and the second part is relatively great when the material is removed by ductile mode.

Abstract.
The characteristics of steels during induction heating are complex, the change of material properties with temperature makes exact analysis methods very difficult to implement.
To adequately reflect the temperature- dependent material properties, the number of time steps and the size of each time step should be determined based upon the variation of material properties within the entire temperature range.
In other words, if the change of material properties in a certain temperature range was significant, more and smaller time steps should be used.
