Introduction The related techniques of intelligent vehicle, which improve effectively the safety of driving as well as decreasing the rate of traffic accidents, are highlighted[1,2].
Steering control problem is involved both directly and indirectly in daily driving activities, for instance, traffic lane switching or overtaking a car.
Onieva[7] uses Fuzzy Logic Inference to design a steering control tool and apply genetic algorithm to optimize the position and inference rule of membership function .When Ren[8] solves the lateral control problem in switching traffic lane of intelligent automobiles, he considers how curvature variation influences tracking precision of tacking tool in steering.
