This paper presents a new offshore platform with rocking wall structure, and studies how to use the material more adequately by varying offshore platform’s story rigidity.
The results show that the greater the story stiffness, the more it can give full play to the material properties, as well as to improve the seismic capacity.
The upper material serve only to resist the action of gravity, this process did not play its anti-sway ability, therefore study how to make the integral material properties and energy dissipation simulation.
Transform column stiffness on the second story for times, and make the first and second story columns yield at the same time, which can play a better mechanical properties of the material, and improves the performance of the structure of energy consumption greatly.
