Introduction The choice of polymer composite as bone replacement material largely depends on the mechanical properties of the polymer and the ability to bond with bone or to induce bone ingrowths.

The clad materials were hot rolled to a thickness of 2mm, followed by cold rolling to thicknesses in the range of 125∼182µm.
The cold rolled clad materials having various thicknesses were intermediate annealed at 2 Title of Publication (to be inserted by the publisher) 690K for 1h, and then finally cold rolled to the thickness of 100µm, by which the reduction rate of the final cold rolling (CR) changed in the range from 20 to 45%.
