In practical design applications, most design variables such as thickness, diameter and
material properties are not deterministic but stochastic numbers that can be represented by their mean
values with variances because of various uncertainties.
However, the occurrence of uncertainty in design and its design process such as material properties, tolerances, loads and manufacturing process is inevitable at every stage of design process.

Abstract.
Introduction As an important class of porous materials, aerogels have been defined as nanoporous solids formed by replacement of liquid in a gel with gas.
Typical cellulose materials, which include microfibrillated cellulose, cellulose nanofibril, nanocrystalline cellulose (or cellulose nanowhisker), and bacterial nanocellulose, can be derived from renewable resources, such as wood, bamboo, cotton, agricultural by-products, or can be produced by several bacteria[2,3].

High-quality steel for wind power has become one of the key raw materials in market demand.
The cost of raw materials has always occupied a large proportion of the design cost, and improving the comprehensive properties of steel for wind power generation is a key development direction [6-7].
The physical quality level exceeded the technical requirements of the China Classification Society Standard, which can satisfy the requirements of high-performance materials for large-scale wind power equipment.
