Leaching rate of nickel is 80.97% when leaching time is 6 h, leaching rate of nickel increased to 88.48% when leaching time extended to 12 h, leaching rate increased 7.51 percent point, so increase leaching time is beneficial to leaching of nickel. 2.3 The leaching experiments of 2# sample Ammonium sulphate roasting is a processes of component separation and enrichment that convert the main components of mineral raw material into hydrosulfate of gas or condense phase with ammonium sulfate in a certain temperature and atmosphere. according to the statistics [5-6]: when the ratio of dosage of ammonium sulfate and sample is 1:1, roasting temperature is 450 ℃, the effect of leaching is better.
