We suggest higher vocational colleges should establish related department to offer technology services for the society, thus to improve and perfect its teaching method and management concept, at the same time, to provide more opportunities for teachers to participate in research and practice.
0 Introduction
With the functions of colleges and universities extending from the personnel training and scientific research to social service, enterprise scientific research institutes and colleges and universities are establishing closer and closer cooperation through technology service platform; the relations between higher education and science and technology and economic integration are becoming stronger and stronger, which has become an important driving force for economic development.
The Planning Division is mainly responsible for determining the production task according to the teaching plan and making the overall annual production plan; the Marketing Division is responsible for collecting market information and mapping out and implementing production contracts and passing on the production tasks to the Techniques Division; the Techniques Division responsible for undertaking the production task passed on from the Marketing Division and drafting technical documents such as workmanship and at last handing these over to the Production Division; The Production Division responsible for undertaking technical documents from the Techniques Division and organizing production; The Quality Inspection Division for the inspection of raw materials, product quality and passing on the qualified products to the Marketing Division.
Likewise, enterprises and local colleges can realize mutual flow of personnel, information and resources through two-way regular rent, loan and exchange of professional and technical personnel. [4] . 3 Conclusion Along with the further reform of the science and technology system, building the industry technology innovation strategic alliance will be the future development direction of technology service for the society.
