The workpiece material is 45# steel with
hardness of HRC50.The finished surface integrity was evaluated by surface morphology and
roughness, and cross-section micro texture, surface hardness, residual stresses et al [4].
From the Fig.7, it can be induced that 5% abrasive concentration in micro hardness value is largest among three abrasive concentrations which may be resulted from its remove workpiece material effectively.
