The fatigue limit of smooth materials is 190MPa, while the fatigue limit of SS and SH is 150 and 124MPa, respectively., the fatigue notch factor of the single-notched specimen with only step notch and the single-notched specimen with only blind hole are calculated and is 1.27 and 1.53 respectively, using the testing data above according to the definition of fatigue notch factor.
It is reported based on the a lot of the researched results [4], that the fatigue crack initiates from the area of stress concentration will stop propagating if the stress distribution gradient is very large (the stress concentration area will become very small) for the materials with better ductility.
As is well known that the maximum stress in stress concentration area on each double-notched specimen is not equal, but as near the boundary of the stress concentration area the stress will rapidly reduce and will become very close to the yield stress of materials.

The adornment property is specificly expressed through the modelling of luminaires and the texture of material.
As shown in Fig. 1, the concise and fashionable modelling of luminaires with metallic sensed materials is not only owning a striking similarity with the design of furnitures, but also a complement to the decoration with a modern style in room.
The luminans made by the transparent or grind arenaceous materials which do not change the color of light should be selected(Fig. 5).
