Abstract: In rice processing courses, the working parameters of rubber roll husker, including contact pressure between rolls, inlet flow, fast roll linear speed and linear speed difference, will affect the husker capacity.
Therefore, under the premise of keeping high steady husking rate and decreasing raw broken rate, it is important to investigate the working parameters’ influences on the husker capacity in order to rise the production rate per machine, lower the processing cost, and ensure qualified technological performance. 1 Material and Method 1.1 Experimental Material and Equipment The raw material was mid-class early long-grain non-glutinous rice with 13% moisture rate.
