The cluster analysis method was employed to explore the relationship between the outflowing water quality of the reservoir and the water quality of each longitudinal water layer to provide technical solutions for predicting the outflowing water quality of the reservoir and reducing the cost of water purification in the water plants effectively.
Their forecasts are more accurate, but their method is complicated, and it is difficult for non-professional personnel to operate.
Case Study of reservoir and its water quality The Jinpen Reservoir is the main source of water supply of drinking water in Xi'an.
Samples of the water layer above the water intake outlet, the water layer below the water intake outlet (the depth of water intake to be determined according to the actual on-site conditions), the water layer directly at the water intake outlet as well as the confluence pool of the Jinpen Reservoir are also taken and kept in 500mL polyethylene plastic bottles for laboratory monitoring and analysis.
Therefore, for the deepwater Jinpen Reservoir, when the water quality indicators of each water layer are divided into 3 clusters, the outflow water quality of the reservoir water supply can be predicted more accurately.

Through the optimization of community construction methods, which mainly includes the carbon reduction measures in ecological environment, low carbon construction, energy-saving, green traffic, resource recycle, renewable energy, usage of reclaimed water, low carbon life and etc. to ensure the residents could take the energy saving measures and try best to saving and improving the energy and resource such like electricity, oil, gas, water and waste(could be transformed into carbon emissions) to reduce the carbon emission.
Development should also adapted multi-function methods to reduce the frequency and distance of residents’ travel; (3) preserve the city green land, improve the natural cycle system, make use of the water, land and grass to increase the carbon sinks ability of the city ; Wang Jianguo, Wang Xinping(2011) put forward of present space level of city development mode including unreasonable urban space structure and space layout, poor arrangement within work, life and service allocation, and the separations between working and living areas, which has led to a series of non-centralized travel actions, Meanwhile they put forward the design idea of new green city .
They also think it is necessary to introduce the planning concept and methods to the urban and countryside management system Ye Changdong, Zhou Chunshan (2010) put forward and explained the 4 basic circumstances for building low carbon community: community based on location space, community based on professionals, community based on living space and community based on virtual space.
The low carbon urban community could be divided into below 4 types based on the space type: (1) Location space: the gather place of various scale of population, specially mean the community that have been circled by the core city roads or borders with corresponding population scale and complete set of perfect public service facilities that could meet the material and cultural demands of the residents in the community; (2) Professional space: The human activity space comes from the expansion of working space. (3) Life space: The team or place for people to exchange, entertainment with people with similar interests.
Combined with the legal planning control system (including energy saving standard, use standard for renewable energy, penetration standards for rainstorm, square requirement of Solar panel, the ecology and deoxygenating capacity, waste management and usage of renovated water) to improve the feasibility and enforceability of the low carbon community planning, and finally achieve the community general objective of sustainable development.

According to United States environmental protection agency statistics, using the recovery of copper from waste home appliances instead of mining, transportation, and refining of new steel, it can reduce 97% of mine waste, reduce air pollution 86%, 76% water pollution, reduce the consumption of 40% water, save 90% raw materials, 74% energy, and properties of new steel products and steel scrap are basically the same.
The third party reverse logistics enterprises often provide professional improvement constitute recommendations from the perspective of reverse logistics in product design, raw materials in order to facilitate the recycling of demolition process, which is helpful to optimize product design and production processes.
Under the condition of government regulation, establishing a joint reverse logistics system, it not only can reduce pressures on reverse logistics system of individual enterprise investment, play a professional technical advantage, achieve scale ,and also can realize mutual benefit and win-win by providing cheap raw materials sources .
Joint operation is associated with a certain degree of economies of scale, and reducing product recycling distance, and logistics costs; the same production sharing an information system can save construction cost of information system; Professional advantage.
Disadvantages: information feedback of manufacturer product recall are not timely and accurate enough, which are the constraints of calculating enterprise reverse logistics cost and technological improvements; and the logistics management level is difficult to catch up with the professional reverse logistics company because of the experience, the equipment and capacity constraints.

Currently, there is no suitable product manufacturing standards and professional test equipments abroad.
(2) Taking into account the influence of the water at low temperatures on product performance, it is advisable to increase a length of coil tube before products, which are put in the liquid nitrogen tank to carry on with condensation.
It can filter out possible water, and reduce the influence of the test results; (3) Since the direct relationship between low temperature inner leakage and closure torque, the records are needed for precise measurements of closure torque size; (4) Taking into account the actual operational condition of low temperature cylinder valves, it is advisable to install control values into Dewar vessel, which can really simulate the actual condition of control values when doing the fatigue performance test of products. 4.
Conclusion By researching systematically the use performance needs and safety indexes of globe valves and control valves in thermal insulation cryogenic gas cylinder, finally professional test equipment was developed.
