The results show that they are all technologically effective except the years of 2007 and 2008.
Referring to year 2007 and 2008 which are regarded as ineffective DMU because of the technical efficiency less than 1, this means that the inputs and outputs in these two years are unreasonable.
While turning to the case of 2007 and 2008, the development of shipping center was in an obvious inefficient situation which proved once again that the economic crisis has had a huge impact on shipping industry.
In addition to 2007 and 2008, the results of other DMU are presented in Table 7.
The results show that they are all technical efficient in addition to year 2007 and 2008.
