To optimize the process parameters Chirag M Parmar et al., presented a work on AWJM using Taguchi method on three materials like Fibre Reinforced Plastic, SS-316 and AL-6351 [5].
However, no study is found on trapezoidal thick materials of stainless steel.
Hence, there is a scope to investigate penetration abilities of abrasive waterjets on large thickness target materials of stainless steel with full factorial experiments.
At lower depth, jet has sufficient energy to cut the materials.

Ssk—The distribution of the partial rake surface height; Ssk defines the asymmetry between the middle face and the surface of materials in judging area; Sak<0, more valleies in the surface, Ssk is large negative number(Ssk<-1, the end face of surface is smooth, with some deep pit or chamfer; Ssk >0, the more peaks, it is bigger positive number (Ssk>1), explaining has some prominent sharp thorns on the surface; If the surface height symmetrical distributed, it partial angle is 0.
Sku—The kurtosis of the surface height distribution; Sku has reflected in the material surface height distribution characteristic.

In the contact analysis of constant velocity universal joints driving shaft, the overall maximum penetration depth and the local maximum penetration depth need to be set, in the analysis for the first time, we choose the corresponding parameters according to the materials, and adjust relevant parameters according to the contact force curve.
The above parameters are mainly decided by materials and dimensions.
According to the materials and lubricant conditions, the speed of static threshold is set as 0.1mm/s, the speed of dynamic threshold is 10mm/s, the dynamic frictional coefficient is 0.05, the static friction coefficient is 0.08.

The bed material consisted of 0.5-1.0mm average diameter quartz sand mixed with a minor quantity of the fuel ash remaining in the bed after combustion.
The bed material in high-speed airflow zone flows acutely so the zone is called flowing bed and the bed material low-speed airflow zone drops slowly so the zone is called moving bed.
After it enters the bed via the inclined air distributor and bubbling cups, it was heated quickly by the high temperature carbon particles and the bed material particles.

Most of the mine water is directly discharged into rivers, and causes serious environmental pollution because they always contain a large number of suspended solids, even radioactive materials [2].
The rules include many aspects, from the use of raw materials to releases monitor.
In England, environmental permit mainly includes: (1) the adequate monitoring of releases; (2) compliance with environmental quality standards from both domestic regulations and EU Directives; (3) energy efficiency; (4) minimization of raw materials and wastes; (5) the prevention of accidents and accident management plan, etc [5, 6].
