Abstract: Land subsidence and ecological problems caused by underground mining threaten seriously the sustainable development of mining areas.
Soil erosion aggravated by the decrease of vegetation. For the open mining in northern hilly areas, lots of surfacial materials are detached, disturbed, carried and accumulated, or collapse during the mining, which cause large areas of vegetation damaged and lower the stability of soil on the hillside, and consequently the soil erosion resistance reduce.

Introduction
In decades or even hundreds of years' service, due to loading, fatigue effect, corrosion effect, material
aging and other various unfavorable factors, the bridge will inevitably has the cumulative damages,
resistance attenuation, function reduction, even leading to unexpected incidents.
(Ref. [2, 3]) Local damage detection techniques are mainly the following: to directly measure the geometry, the material strength and elastic modulus and other physical parameters of the components; ray, optical interferometers, ultrasonic and electromagnetic monitoring techniques; and sensor testing technology.

Introduction
The excellent electrical and thermal properties of SiC make it a preferable semiconductor material
for high-power Schottky rectifiers.
From the first studies, it has been observed that, to have a good ohmic contact, the nickel film must be annealed at least at 900-950°C in order to form nickel silicide (Ni2Si), which consumes a SiC layer by solid-state reaction, thus building up a good quality interface inside the material.
