Two endless belts (1) are supported beneath the stretcher frame on four rollers (4,5) as shown in the photograph 1.These endless belts are made of high friction polyvinylchloride material.
Changes can be incorporated in the mechanism in terms of materials used as also in gear box ratio.

But hard-to-cut materials are always difficult for Conventional Burnishing (CB) to process, because larger burnishing force is needed and larger frictional force is produced which may induce fatal tribo-adhesion wear to burnishing tool and workpiece.

In the investigation of the strength of rock, failure criteria have been introduced to describe the limiting loading conditions that the material can sustain.

Due to fabric fiber in the three-dimensional distribution of horizontal strong product difference is small, the advantages of isotropic, thus get more extensive application [2,3].But if the improper raw materials selection, process control is bad, will seriously affect the final into mesh quality.Improvement of melt-blown technology into web evenness is the key to pay attention to the fiber, the relationship between the air flow and mixed flow.
Fiber to collect on the coagulation net curtain or roller, on its own thermal bonded nonwoven materials.The movement of the roller is directly related to the quality of the fiber into the net, so the movement of the roller receiver dynamic and static mechanics analysis is necessary. 2.1 Roller receiver in ADMAS dynamics analysis Roller is small melt-blown into net machine key components of the receiver.
